1. Booking & Payment
1.1 By booking Killard Farm, guests agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
1.2 A confirmed booking requires full payment at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
1.3 A security deposit may be required before check-in. This will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to no damages or violations.
1.4 The booking is only valid for the agreed number of guests and dates.
1.5 The property owner reserves the right to refuse any booking.
1.6 Short notice bookings may not always be available.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
2.1 Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Late check-in must be pre-arranged.
2.2 Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Failure to check out on time may result in additional charges.
2.3 Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
3. House Rules
3.1 No pets are allowed on the property.
3.2 No parties, stag or hen dos are permitted.
3.3 Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property. Any violation will result in additional cleaning fees.
3.4 The guest is responsible for ensuring that noise levels are kept to a minimum to respect neighbours.
3.5 Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight at the property. All Names, Addresses and nationalities of guests must be provided in accordance with regional legislation.
4. Property Damage & Security Deposit
4.1 Guests must keep the property, furniture, and appliances in good condition.
4.2 Any damage, breakages, or loss must be reported immediately.
4.3 The cost of any damages will be deducted from the security deposit. If damages exceed the deposit, guests are liable for additional costs.
4.4 The property must be left in a reasonable condition. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive mess is left.
5. Liability & Safety
5.1 The property owner is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by guests during their stay.
5.2 Guests must ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.
5.3 Guests should familiarise themselves with emergency exits and safety equipment.
6. Natural Disasters, Power Loss & WiFi
6.1 In the event of a storm, flood, power outage, or natural disaster, the property owner is not liable for cancellations, inconveniences, or damages caused.
6.2 Refunds or rescheduling may be considered at the owner's discretion.
6.3 Guests must take reasonable precautions during extreme weather conditions.
6.4 The property owner is not responsible for WiFi coverage, connectivity issues, or internet outages. No refunds will be given for WiFi-related issues.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
7.1 Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in will receive a full refund.
7.2 Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in may be subject to a partial refund at the owner's discretion.
7.3 No refunds will be issued for early departures or no-shows.
7.4 If the property becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the owner reserves the right to cancel and provide a full refund.
8. Breach of Terms
8.1 Any violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
8.2 The owner reserves the right to take legal action for damages or losses resulting from breaches.
By completing the booking, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
